Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through the online shopping cart or via e-mail.
Payments for your order can be made through Paypal with or without a paypal account. Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay for your items. All items are in Canadian funds.
You may also pay with cheque or money order by simply calling or e-mailing to make arrangements.
Returns/Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, still in new condition. Unfortunately for any returns/exchanges we are unable to refund the shipping cost.
Hours of Operation
EcoBaby Canada is owned and operated by a work at home mom who also spends a good portion of her day at the University of Lethbridge. There are no regular store hours and therefore I cannot always be available.
Often I do alot of the order arrangement and shipping preparation late at night. With that said, if you need to get ahold of me and I am not answering the phone, please do leave a message or e-mail me and I will do my best to get back to you within one business day.

Local orders are available for pick up. Please e-mail the order and confirm pick up time.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from time of order placed and should be received between 2 – 10 business days in Canada from date shipped. In the case of an item being backordered we will be in contact with you and ship the item to you as quickly as possible.
